TYSON

Synopsis

Mike Tyson has been called champion, icon, villain, and “the baddest man on the planet.” TYSON sets the labels aside and tells the whole story in his own words. The series follows Tyson from a chaotic childhood in Brooklyn to winning the heavyweight title at 20, then reigning as undisputed champion from 1987 to 1990. It also faces the harder chapters head-on: prison, money trouble, addiction, and controversy in the ring. The story comes full circle in 2024, when Tyson, at 58, returned to fight Jake Paul in the most-streamed live sporting event ever. Across four hour-long episodes, Tyson and his inner circle look back on the greatness, the turmoil, and the transformation that shaped his life. It’s an honest, personal portrait of a man willing to take the good with the bad.
