Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 5, 2026
89 Blocks Holdings LLC, doing business as EverWonder Studio ("EverWonder," "we," "us," or "our"), operates everwonder.studio (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
If you have questions about this policy or want to make a request about your information, email us at communications@everwonder.studio.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly
The Site does not have a contact form. If you want to reach us, you use an email button that opens your own email program. That means we only receive what you choose to put in your message, which may include:
- Your name, email address, and any other contact details you include
- Your company or organization
- Anything you write about a project, inquiry, or job opportunity
- Any files you attach, including footage, images, reels, portfolios, resumes, or written materials
If you sign up for our mailing list, we collect the email address you provide, along with any name or other details you enter.
Information collected automatically
We do not run analytics software on the Site. We do not track your browsing, build a profile of you, or use advertising or retargeting pixels.
Our hosting providers do keep standard server logs in the normal course of delivering the Site. These logs typically include IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request. This is routine technical infrastructure, not something we monitor or analyze.
Information related to video and image content
The Site features a significant amount of video and photographic work. Videos on the Site are embedded from YouTube.
When a YouTube video loads on one of our pages, Google may collect information about you and set cookies on your device. This can happen even if you never press play. If you are signed in to a Google account, that activity may be connected to your account. Once you play a video, YouTube may also record what you watched, how long you watched, playback quality, and similar viewing data.
This collection is done by Google under its own privacy policy, not by us. We do not receive individual viewing data about you from YouTube.
Images, files, and other media on the Site are delivered through Bunny.net, a content delivery network. Bunny.net processes the technical request information described above in order to serve files to your browser quickly.
2. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device by websites you visit.
EverWonder does not set advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. The cookies present on the Site come from two places:
- Webflow, our website platform, which may set a small number of cookies needed for the Site to function properly
- YouTube, through the embedded video players described above
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block cookies, embedded videos may not play correctly.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we receive to:
- Respond to your email and communicate with you about projects, inquiries, or opportunities
- Review job applications and collaboration proposals
- Send newsletters or updates, if you signed up for them
- Keep the Site running, secure, and working properly
- Meet our legal and contractual obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. People Who Appear in Our Work
Our Site features documentary, commercial, live event, and sports content that includes real people. Nearly all of this work was produced under signed appearance releases, talent agreements, or credentialed access arrangements that grant EverWonder and our clients the right to use the resulting footage and photography, including for promotional and portfolio purposes.
The use of any specific piece of content on the Site is governed by the agreements attached to that production and by the rights held by the client, network, league, or distribution partner involved. It is not governed by this privacy policy.
If you appear in content on the Site and have a concern about how it is being used, email communications@everwonder.studio. We will look into it. Depending on the underlying release and who holds the rights to the finished work, we may not always be able to remove or alter content, but we will tell you honestly where things stand and point you toward the right party if it sits outside our control.
5. Material You Send Us
If you email us footage, images, pitches, treatments, or other creative material, please only send material you have the right to share.
We keep submissions in order to review and respond to them. We do not claim ownership of unsolicited material, and we do not treat it as confidential unless we have a written agreement with you that says otherwise. If you are sending something sensitive, get an NDA in place first.
6. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of outside providers to run the Site and communicate with you. Each handles data under its own privacy policy:
- Webflow — website platform and hosting
- Bunny.net — content delivery for images and media files
- YouTube (Google) — video hosting and embedded players
- Mailchimp (Intuit) — mailing list and email delivery
Mailchimp may track whether you opened one of our emails or clicked a link inside it. You can turn this off in most email programs by blocking remote images.
The Site links out to social platforms, press coverage, and client work hosted elsewhere. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we link to.
7. How Long We Keep Information
We keep emails and any attached materials for as long as they are useful to the working relationship or the project they relate to, and as long as our record-keeping and legal obligations require.
If you are on our mailing list, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time. See Section 8.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your information
- Ask us to stop or limit how we use it
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
- Object to certain uses, including marketing
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither)
To make a request, email communications@everwonder.studio. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom: We process your information based on your consent, our legitimate interest in operating and promoting our business, or to fulfill a contract with you. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident: You have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including those listed above. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
9. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
10. International Visitors
EverWonder operates from the United States. If you visit the Site from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or in other countries where our service providers operate. Bunny.net, for example, delivers files from servers around the world. Data protection laws in these countries may differ from those where you live.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. If we make a significant change, we will note it on the Site.
